The Courses are in three Stages:

Certificate in Retail Management

This is for you if:

• you are interested in pursuing a career in retail management and/or related fields.
• you have been working in the sales and retail industry at a junior level.

Advanced Certificate in Retail Management

This is suitable for you if:

• you have been working in the retail and/or related fields for at least three years

Diploma in Retail Management

This is suitable for you if:

• you are an experienced sales / marketing professional (5 years + experience)
• you want to learn about the strategic roles and functions of retail management
